What the heck does it mean? I'm writing a paper on realistic job previews RJP's and my last thing I have to write up is "How would you debrief the applicants at the end of the RJP?
I thought it was summing up the interview with the person at the end of the RJP. Not sure though.. |

| I'm not totally sure. Never heard of an RJP. Debrief means to get information from someone, like an interview of sorts. Maybe to see if they got a good idea of what the job is all about? |

RJP means Realistic job preview. LOL don't get me started on that, just wrote a paper on it and have lots of info. lol
